He Ain’t Heavy Men’s Group exists to create safe, affirming, and accountable spaces where gay, bisexual, and queer men can build brotherhood, strengthen emotional wellness, and live with purpose through community, education, and shared experience.

VISION

We envision a world where gay, bisexual, and queer men—particularly men of color—are resourced, emotionally supported, and connected to communities that honor their full humanity, leadership, and capacity to heal.
